Dr. Pawan Kumar Jalwal is a distinguished academician with over 19 years of professional experience in teaching and research at Baba Mastnath University, Asthal Bohar, Rohtak, where he presently serves as the Dean and Head of the Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences & Research. He has authored more than 160 research and review articles in reputed journals and written over 20 books published by leading publication houses. As a dedicated mentor, he has guided 46 M.Pharm and 14 Ph.D. scholars, out of which six have successfully been awarded their doctoral degrees in pharmaceutical sciences. His remarkable academic and research contributions have earned him numerous awards and recognitions from esteemed societies and universities. Alongside his academic excellence, Dr. Jalwal is also an accomplished artist—an approved singer of All India Radio, Rohtak and Hisar—who has won first prize in the All India Youth Festival for singing and acting, as well as several accolades in state and university-level cultural and sports events. His artistic pursuits include the release of multiple audio and video albums with prominent cassette companies. Beyond his academic and cultural achievements, Dr. Jalwal is the Founder and Chairman of Nav Chetna Publications (established in 2018), a leading academic publishing house in the field of pharmacy, and the Chairman of Nav Chetna Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. (founded in 2021), which has successfully launched 15 herbal cosmetic and pharmaceutical products. Through his visionary leadership, he continues to bridge academia, research, and industry, fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and excellence in pharmaceutical education and practice.

    

Prof. (Dr.) Balvinder Singh is having total 32 years of Professional Experience. He is working for last 17 years in Pharma Academic line as Reader for 1Yr and Professor for 16 years. He is also working as Principal in a North India Premium Pharmacy College for last 12 years. Besides this he has 15 years Industrial experience of working in Pharma Companies. He has published 5 patents. He has guided research work of 9 PhD students and 16 M. Pharm. students. He has written 8 books and edited 1 book. He has also written 4 Book Chapters. He has published 33 research papers and 51 review articles (total 84 papers). His Google Scholar Publications Citationsare 112, h-index 4, i10 – index 3. He has produced 92 online Videos on YouTube Channel @balvindersingh5540; with 1K subscribers..

    

Dr. Parijat Pandey is presently working as an Assistant Professor of Pharmaceutics in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Gurugram University, Gurugram, Haryana. He has awarded his Master’s degree (Gold Medalist) and Doctorate degree from Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak in 2014 and 2018, respectively. He has four books and more than 100 publications including book chapters, research papers, review articles in various indexed and impacted journals and five patents. He has received Young Scientist Award-2019 from International Organization of Science, Research and Development and Research Excellence Award-2020 from Institute of Scholars, Bangalore.

    

Ms. Shailja is a dedicated academic and research professional with over six years of experience in Pharmaceutics, Cosmetic Sciences, Industrial Pharmacy, and Herbal Formulation Development. Her expertise spans nanotechnology-based drug delivery, formulation design, and patent-oriented pharmaceutical innovation. She has authored and co-authored over 35 research papers in reputed national and international journals and contributed to 10 books and laboratory manuals published by Nav Chetna Publications. Ms. Shailja is also a co-inventor on more than 20 Indian patents, reflecting her active role in translational research and product development. In addition to her scholarly contributions, she is actively involved in research guidance and mentorship, assisting postgraduate and doctoral students in project formulation, scientific writing, and publication. Her work embodies a balance of academic excellence, innovative thinking, and commitment to advancing pharmaceutical education and research.

    

Dr. Bhagwati Devi is working as an Assistant Professor in Faculty of Pharmacy, Baba Mastnath University, Asthal Bohar, Rohtak 124021, Haryana India. She has more than 8 years teaching experience in enlightening the pharmacy students at UG to Ph.D levels. She has published more than 25 research/review papers in various indexed and impacted journal. She has 8 patent and 12 books published in her credit. She has supervised more than 6 Ph.D students till date.

    

Dr. Sangita is currently serving as the Principal at Shree Ram College of Pharmacy, Palwal, Haryana. She holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, and an M.Pharm. from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Hisar. With over 19 years of academic and research experience, she has guided postgraduate and doctoral students in the field of pharmaceutics. Her research interests include herbal drug formulation, pharmacological evaluation of medicinal plants, and computational approaches in herbal drug discovery.
